Rates
$ 150.00 per session (60 minutes)
Cheque, cash, credit, or Interac e-transfer payments are accepted. Official receipts which include my registration number, are issued for all sessions.
Insurance
Insurance coverage for psychotherapy may be available for your sessions. Please check with your insurance company if coverage is available and how to file a claim. We do not provide direct billing. A receipt will be provided to you for filing your claim.
Fee for Letters Requested by Insurance or Other Parties
Need a Letter for Insurance or Work?
I’m here to support you on your healing journey—and I understand that sometimes you may need a letter for an insurance company, employer, or another third party.
Please note: Writing these letters takes time and care, as I need to thoughtfully review your records and communicate clearly. Because of this, there’s a $50 fee for letter preparation.
Some common types of letters I’m asked to write include:
Verification of psychotherapy treatment
Statements about assessment and progress
Letters for insurance coverage or appeals
Documentation for work accommodations or disability
Summaries of therapy or treatment plans
Simple appointment confirmations and receipts are always free.
Your privacy is very important to me. I won’t share any information without your written consent, and you’ll always have a chance to review the letter before it’s sent.

Cancelation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment, I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a late cancelation fee $75.
To avoid a late cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you don’t show up and don’t cancel your appointment, you are charged a full fee.

If I need to cancel your appointments and do so in less than 24 hours, you will receive 75$ advance toward your next session.
Cancellation Fees are waived in the event of an emergency such as illness. Please call as soon as you can to inform me.
